I made a series of Silent Icons, one of which is this one. Beginning lines, "In the beginning, people had nothing. Their bodies ached, and their hearts held nothing but hatred. They fought endlessly, but death never came. They despaired, stuck in the eternal quagmire," come from a track on the Silent Hill 3: Official Soundtrack. I think it may be "Sun," but I don't have it handy now, so I'm not sure. Rest of the words are my own.
