Description
Drawing of a Chibi Sailor Moon in her Stars outfit. Going by the date on this, I did this drawing just under one year ago. Crazy...
Anyway, this was sketched out in pencil, colored with Prismacolor colored pencils, and then outlined with a black felt-tip pen. My scanner made her skin tone look all wonky - it's actually much darker than it is on here, and there's some shading and definition and stuff too it which isn't easily noticeable on this image. But it is there. So...yeah...
And I used a reference pic for this, but I don't remember where it's from anymore, so if anyone comes across it, feel free to let me know.
